HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training focuses on different aspects of fitness i.e. strength, stamina, endurance, and agility. HIIT is a training technique through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. Each class is designed based on the format that is scientifically created by a panel of experts. Out trainers customize each workout routine making it fun and motivating and correct the Forms and techniques in six different classes designed specifically through the week.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning focuses on improving a skill or performance in a sport. It strengthens core stability and improves speed, endurance, and athletic performance. In fact, it focuses upon the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sports performance. The strength and conditioning program uses exercise prescription specifically for the improvement of performance in athletic competition and thus can be done by all age groups including teens and athletes.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

With a focus on improving functional movements, functional training simply means training your body to perform everyday movements such as lifting and climbing stairs. The time spent training with functional equipment in open spaces makes life better by developing your agility, flexibility and dynamic strength. The training can be undertaken by anyone from a beginner to an advanced level. For all age groups, functional training provides you with the awareness of your body’s optimal movement.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a style of body conditioning workout. It in fact, is a series of strength and cardio exercises where you cycle through several exercises and with minimal rest in between target different muscle groups. Since you're alternating the body part you're working during each move, there is minimal rest between exercises. This challenging workout taxes your muscle strength builds endurance and your cardiorespiratory system.

WEIGHT TRAINING

In addition to functional training, we also offer weight training for fitness buffs. Weight training enables muscular contraction to build strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles. Weight training can be performed with free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, or by using weight machines.
